Lecture Series - Knoxville Urban Forestry Program

Kasey Krouse, Knoxville Urban Forester, will give an overview presentation on the Knoxville urban tree care program. Discussion topics will focus on proper pruning, planting, mulching, tree selection, and other arboriculture practices that are pertinent to an urban forestry program. The program will also include an interactive walk to look at trees near the arboretum program shelter and some of the issues they face in an urban forest.
