Tennessee Girls in Agriculture

The UT Forest Resources AgResearch and Education Center will host an evening session of the Tennessee Girls in Agriculture on Thursday 7/21 from 5 - 10 pm. The program is being coordinated by a group of UTIA woman faculty members and staff representing AgResearch, Extension and CASNR for the benefit of rising senior high school girls from around the State of Tennessee and associated STEM education program efforts. The evening program will feature sessions on wildlife identification, firefly and constructed wetland field studies, and astronomy exercises.
