Wireframe your website
You can save a great deal of time by playing with your website design in PowerPoint before doing any HTML coding:
- Save this website template to your computer.
- Open it for editing.
- To make it act like a website instead of a sequential presentation, "Advance slide on mouse click"
has been turned off (Slide show >> Slide transition).
To get the site "look and feel", on the slide master (View >> Master >> Slide master):
- Change the background color, layout, font, images, etc. to suit your tastes.
- Change the navigation buttons to match your site page names.
- Link the navigation buttons to the proper site pages (right-click on the button, then "Edit hyperlink").
For individual content pages:
- Change title and text as needed.
- Add or remove pages from the site.
